Create mineral materials without mining

The development of technology is supported at the cost of consuming the earth’s resources. A lot of ore is being mined to make electric cars that are environmentally friendly. The result is the destruction of the global environment, resulting in the challenges of climate change, ecological collapse and resource depletion. There is a need for innovative processes to create raw materials that do not depend on mineral resources.

Agricultural waste as an alternative resource to minerals

Therefore we extract silica to contain to rice husk and straw, sugarcane residual substance using methane fermentation. This will create a resource that can replace many natural resources without emitting carbon dioxide. This is the best process to utilize agricultural waste because it creates a lot of resources without destroying the environment. The resources that can be created are methane gas, liquid fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, silica, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide as resources. These are resources that can be used in a variety of fields, including semiconductors, home appliances, automobiles, industry, medicine, construction, and glass.

Crystal glass made from plant-derived silica

We produced crystal glass tableware using silica extracted from rice husks and rice straw, which are agricultural waste. This is the next material revolution.
